Four delegates from Taiwan National Changhua University of Education(NCUE), led by Chen Mingfei, vice president of NCUE, visited Guizhou Normal University on September 20, 2017, to have a meeting with GZNU vice president Xu Xiaoguang in Baoshan Campus, representatives from Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, Teaching Affairs Office and School of Physics and Electronic Science also attending.
Xu warmly welcomed the delegation and gave a brief introduction to our university. “We are glad to establish friendly links with universities from home and abroad.” he also said. Chen introduced NCUE by playing a video and listed the key disciplines and schools of NCUE, showing their strength of cultivating middle schools teachers in Taiwan. Both parties showed cooperative intention after a hot discussion of possible exchange programs.

The Taiwan National Changhua University of Education, established in 1971, is one of the three normal universities in Taiwan, with a total area of 51.1 hectare in Jinde Campus and Baoshan Campus. NCUE’s seven colleges together comprise 21 departments, 67 master programs, and 15 doctoral programs and see an average annual enrollment of approximately 8000 students. The university ranked before 300 of Asian universities in the QS World University Ranking and 25 in Taiwan.
