On September 14th, 2017, Professor Ir. Dr. Ewe Hong Tat, vice president of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman(UTAR), visitied Guizhou Normal University(GZNU) with Mr. Alex Lee Choy Fong, director of Division of Programme Promotion, UTAR.

During his visiting, there is a meeting with Mr. Zhao Shouying, vice president of GZNU. Ms. Pei Jun (director of Office of International Exchange and Cooperation) and Ms. Huang Pinghui (deputy director of Teaching Affairs Office) attended this meeting.

After brief introduction of two universities, both parties discussed the cooperative programs about teachers and students’ exchange,recruiting new students from the other university, and talents co-cultivation program.

UTAR is a nonprofit university founded by the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Education Foundation, a well-known private university in Malaysia and it’s on the list of Ministry of Education of P.R. China. UTAR has two campuses and has made impressive strides in establishing a strong reputation as a comprehensive University with dedication to achieving excellence in teaching and research. The University currently offers more than 110 academic programs from Foundation Studies to Bachelor's, Master’s, and PhD degrees in the fields of Accounting, Business and Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics and Process Management, Agriculture and Food Science, Arts, Social Sciences and Education, Creative Industries and Design, Engineering and Built Environment, Information and Communication Technology, Life and Physical Sciences, and Medicine and Health Sciences.

After the meeting, both attendances took photo together.
