1.International Student Scholarship Program
(1) Independent Enrollment Program of Chinese Universities (Chinese Government Scholarship)
The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China (MOE) has entrusted the National Scholarship Management Committee (CSC) to be responsible for the enrollment and management of scholarship students.Also CSC are responsible for providing the full amount of scholarships to the provincial education administrative departments of some provinces and autonomous regions, which could be partially used for ***ing and recruiting outstanding young foreign students to study in China. At present, Guizhou Normal University is one of the institutions that undertakes the program of training Chinese government scholarship students including undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students.The discipline delivered covers science, economics, law, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, art and so on.
(2) Independent Enrollment Program of Chinese Universities(Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship)
At present, Guizhou Normal University is one of the institutions that undertakes the program of training Guizhou province foreign scholarship students including Chinese Advanced Students,undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students.The discipline delivered covers science, economics, law, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, art and so on.
(3)Chinese Advanced Student Program of Guizhou Normal University (Guizhou Normal University Scholarship)
According to the Chinese language level of the advanced students, this project is divided into three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced. It carries out intensive training in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and also,offers the advanced students HSK (level 4-5) guidance, Chinese traditional culture,Chinese architecture and other optional courses, aiming at comprehensively improving their Chinese language ability and the ability of cross-cultural comprehension and communication.
2.Eligibility
To be eligible for consideration for the scholarship, the applicant must:
(1)be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health
(2)have good conduct without any criminal record
(3)for Chinese Government Scholarship,Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship
●have a high school diploma with excellent performance and be no more than 25 years old(applicants for bachelor’s degree)
● have a bachelor’s degree and be no more than 35 years old(applicants for master’s degree)
● have a master’s degree and be no more than 40 years old(applicants for doctoral degree)
(4)for Guizhou Normal University Scholarship, Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship(for Chinese Advanced Students)
●have high school diploma or aboveinagebetween18 and 40 years old
3.Scholarship Category, Duration and Instruction Language

(2)The instruction language is mainly in Chinese.
4.Funding and Standard
(1) For Chinese Government Scholarship/Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship Students
●Tuition fee: the funding standard refers to the current Chinese government scholarship and Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship standard.
●Accommodation fee: free dormitories are provided for scholarship students, which are generally single or double rooms.
●Stipend: it will be paid by the university monthly,and the standard of stipend refers to the current Chinese government scholarship and Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship standard.
●Comprehensive medical insurance: according to the relevant requirement of Chinese government, medical insurance will be purchased for scholarship students
(2) For Guizhou Normal University Scholarship Students
●Full scholarship awards include accommodation fee, comprehensive medical insurance fee and all tuition fee.
●Half scholarship awards include accommodation fee, comprehensive medical insurance fee and 50% tuition fee.
