On October 17^th, 2016, Dr. Ing. Marek Vochozka, rector of the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice and Ms. Ing. Zuzana Rowland, head of the Directorate of Study Administration and Lifelong Learning, visited Guizhou Normal University. President Li Jianjun and vice-president Zhao Shouying met with the delegates at Baoshan Campus.

Based on the Memorandum of Understanding between two universities signed last month, both sides took a further discussion on the topics of teacher’s and student’s exchange programs, as well as jointly establishing the Confucius Institute. President Li and Dr. Vochozka wished that the programs would be carried out soon.

Representatives from Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, School of Materials and Architectural Engineering and School of International Education participated in the meeting.
