Symposium on China—ASEAN(Association of Southeast Asian Nations)Culture,Education and Technology of Traditionally Fermented Foods (TFFs)

Traditional fermented foods (TFFs) are the crystallization of shared culture and wisdom in human society, and both China and ASEAN(Association of Southeast Asian Nations)countries have many distinctive TTFs, which are not only closely related to the daily lives of people in various countries, but also an important carrier for promoting economic and social development, as well as the implementation of concepts such as a community with a shared future for mankind and a global village. This symposium on China-ASEAN culture, education and technology of TTFs will invite relevant managers, scholars and entrepreneurs from China and ASEAN countries, and countries along the "the Belt and Road" to exchange humanities and academic advancements, and to visit and observe relevant universities and enterprises in China (mainly in Guizhou Province), in order to conduct to establish a long-term exchange mechanism in culture, education and technology, to practice the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind, to promote the socio-economic development, and to contribute to the construction of exchange mechanisms between young scholars and students.
