“International Youth Development Conference” themed Youth and Climate Resilience is a conference which hosted by UTAR and Guizhou Normal University where the participants can share their knowledge , learn , and empower each other .

It is also a platform for youth to engage in a dialogue with invited guests and speakers to discuss the innovative , institutionalised approaches and initiatives for advancing the youth resilience in dealing with climate crises at national , regional and global levels with a view to promoting solutions to the global challenge of strengthening  resilience ,adaptation and sustainable development .
