Recently, Guizhou Normal University has successively received blessing videos for its 80^thanniversary from 15 overseas and cooperative colleges and universities in 9 countries including the United States, Japan, South Korea.

The president of South Korea’s Yeongnam University Choi Waigou, on behalf of all the teachers and students, expressed congratulations on the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the university in the video. He hoped that the two universities will continue to cooperate and exchange, and looked forward to a better development of Guizhou Normal University in the future.

Toyo Otsuka, President of Fukuyama University in Japan, expressed his wishes to the university. He said that the two universitieshave been in exchange and cooperationfor 15 years. As close overseas partners of each other, he hoped that the two would continue to join hands in education and research exchanges.

In addition, other presidents from many universities including Central University of Oklahoma, National Institute of Information Technology of India, Chuvash National Normal University of Russia and so on, also sent blessing videos and expressed their wishes to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Guizhou Normal University.

It is reported that Guizhou Normal University held a high-end forum for studying the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party on November 24, to start a new era of high-quality development of teacher education. And blessing videos from overseas universities were broadcast at the forum.
